HOW AND WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All deliveries are made within 24-48 hours or on the date you specify when placing your order.
Fresh Seafood Items are subject to availability as our inventory fluctuates hourly due to sales volume. In the event an item becomes unavailable or is delayed significantly, you will be directly notified by one of our team members.

We don’t have a physical store m. Our online store www.seasaltfish.com is open 24/7 so you can shop our fresh seafood anytime!
HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED?
Each item you order is carefully vacuum-packed and placed in an insulated SEASALT cooler with ice packs to ensure optimum freshness.
HOW LONG CAN I STORE SEAFOOD?
Frozen seafood can be stored in the freezer for up to six months.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Delivery requires a minimum order of 300EGP.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY FEES?
Delivery charges are calculated depending on the zone the order is place from. Charges start from 35EGP.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
For 100% refund, all cancelation must be requested within 24hours from delivery date.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY ORDER?
