LOCAL WILD CAUGHT - SUEZ CANAL
SHRIMP are caught from the open waters of SUEZ CANAL, just off the coast of Port said. The CANALS nutrient rich waters create a shrimp that is sought after by top chefs and restaurant in the region due to their crisp bite and sweet taste.
*Note that when shrimps are peeled and shell is removed weight decreases by 15%.
